The 2025 Cheerleading Coaches Conference will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Jewell Athletic and Wellness Center on the campus of Battle Ground Academy (336 Ernest Rice Lane, Franklin, TN 37069). The conference will run from 9:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time. The full schedule for the conference will be posted soon.
Please see the campus map for the location of the wellness center and parking. Parking is limited, so please carpool if possible!
Registration
- Tennessee Cheer Coaches Association members registered prior to February 27 - $100
- TCCA members registered on or after February 27 - $125
- Non-TCCA members - $150
- Registration includes luncheon, all registration materials, and a conference gift
- Registration fees may be paid by check or cash. Purchase orders are not accepted.
- The Registration Form and Payment must be received by March 14, in order to reserve your spot.
Hotel Information
Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin will be our host hotel. It is best to make room reservations online using the link below. You can also contact the hotel to make reservations by calling 800-325-0720 and referring to group number 1013880. The $140 room rate is guaranteed on Thursday night as long as you secure your reservation no later than Thursday, March 6.
Cancellation
If you must cancel, all fees will be refunded, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, if you notify the TSSAA by noon on March 14. Individuals must cancel their hotel rooms directly with the hotel and follow hotel cancellation policies.
