Tennis Entrance Forms
A copy of these forms shall be submitted to the Entry Level Tournament Director and the TSSAA Office (tennis@tssaa.org) at least one week prior to your entry level tournament. Once submitted and your school has played in their first post-season tournament, the form(s) cannot be changed as they will carry over to the next level tournament.
