2017 TSSAA Spring Fling

GENERAL INFORMATION
TICKETS: Tickets are General Admission and are $10 Per Day. ACCEPTED PASSES: The 2016-17 TSSAA Championship Event Card will provide complimentary admittance for the TSSAA Spring Fling. Each member school received two cards at the beginning of the school year. This card admits ONLY ONE PERSON PER CARD AND DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING. The Tennessee Athletic Coaches Association (TACA) card will also provide complimentary admittance for the TSSAA Spring Fling. The TACA card admits ONLY ONE PERSON PER CARD AND DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING. PARKING: Buses carrying participating teams will NOT be charged to park. Participating teams will receive proper parking passes in their team packets. Otherwise, the charge for parking will be as follows:Baseball - Each site will charge $5 per day. Girls' Softball - Parking will be $5 per day. Soccer - On Thursday and Friday parking will be $5 per day. Track - Parking will be $5 per day. Tennis - Parking will be $5 per day.
COOLERS: Following is the policy regarding whether or not coolers will be allowed into each site:Baseball - No coolers will be allowed. Girls' Softball - Teams will be allowed to bring coolers into the park. Track - Coolers will not be allowed into the stadium. Coolers will be allowed in the warm-up area. Tennis - Teams, Singles, and Doubles participants will be allowed to bring coolers into the park. Soccer - Teams will be allowed to bring coolers into the park.
WEATHER DELAYS / SCHEDULE CHANGES: Announcements regarding weather delays and schedule changes will be announced and posted at each site. They will also be posted on the TSSAA website. TEAM PACKETS (all sports but Track): Packets for Baseball, Soccer, Softball, and Tennis will be available for pick-up at the Rutherford County Chamber (3050 Medical Center Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, just off Exit 76) on Monday, May 22nd from 12:00 PM CT - 2:00 PM CT. Starting Tuesday, May 23rd, packets for Baseball, Soccer, Softball, and Tennis that were not picked up on Monday between the hours of 12PM and 2PM will be available at the proper tournament site upon arrival. TRACK PACKETS: Track coaches must pick up their team packet at the Track & Field Information Tent, which is located at the entrance to the Greenland Drive parking lot at MTSU. The Track & Field Information Tent will be open: Monday: 8 AM - 2 PM; Tuesday: 8 AM - 12 PM; Wednesday: 12 PM - 2 PM; Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM; Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM. NON-PARTICIPATING TEAMS: Non-Participating teams will NOT be allowed to attend the TSSAA Spring Fling free of charge. PETS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE TSSAA SPRING FLING VENUES. SMOKING or the use of tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes) is NOT PERMITTED inside any Spring Fling athletic facility or venue. Brackets & results can be found on the TSSAA website.
