Hardship Form

The Hardship Form is located under the Eligibility Tab in the TSSAA Portal. A School Administrator will need to be logged into the Portal in order to access the form. Once logged into the Portal the school administrator will need to do the following:

1. If the student is not already listed as student for your school, the student will need to be added to the Portal and their eligibility questions will need to be answered (Click on Students then Add Students.).
2. If the student's name is on the Awaiting Action page, click on the Answer Questions button and answer the basic eligibility questions for the student.
3. If necessary, submit their Transfer Form.
4. Upon completing the above instructions, the School Administrator will then be able to submit the Hardship Form located under the Eligibility Tab.
