The 2025 TSSAA Cross Country State Championships will take place on November 6-7, 2025 at Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, TN.

Parking
Spectator Parking
Parking is now included in the spectator admission price. Spectators will enter the park from Mullins Station Road. The closest address to the spectator parking area is 7180 Mullins Station Rd, Cordova, TN 38018. Click here for Google Maps driving directions to the Spectator Parking Lot.
Participating Team & Handicap Parking
Coach vehicles, team buses, and cars with handicap placards will enter the park from Great View Drive and park near the intersection of Great View Drive N and N Pine Lake Drive. Click here for Google Maps driving directions to the Team and Handicap Parking Lot.

Admission
Spectator Entry - (see map below for location of the spectator entry gate)
All spectators aged 5 and older must purchase a ticket. Ticket prices are as follows:
$13 + fees per person if purchased in advance on GoFan.
$15 per person if purchased with cash at the gate.
The TSSAA ID Card WILL NOT be accepted for admission. The GoFan School Administrator Championship pass will be accepted at either gate.
The TACA Card will be accepted at either gate when shown with a matching photo ID.
Participating Team Entry - Every participating school with a team or individual will have a team packet at the Packet Pick-Up tent near the Team Entry gate (see map below). The team packet will contain a credential for all coaches who have been registered on the TSSAA Portal, as well as bib numbers and timing chips for all participants. Schools that have qualified a team can request up to 3 wristbands for alternates. The coach credential, participants' bib, or alternate wristband must be worn for admission at the Team Entry gate. Participating runners will also receive timing chips. Coaches should review the Timing & Coaching Information Document found below.

Course Preview & Packet Pick-Up
The packet pick-up tent and course will be open at the times indicated below. During this time, coaches may pick up their team packets and participants may walk through the course.
Wednesday, Nov. 5: 3:00-5:00pm CT
Thursday, Nov. 6: The packet tent will be open from 7:30am to 5:00pm CT. Course preview is available from 7:30-8:45am and 3:30-5:00pm CT.
Friday, Nov. 7: The packet tent will be open from 8:30am until the last packet is picked up. Course preview is available from 8:30-9:45am CT.
TSSAA Championship Merchandise
Northwest Designs is the official merchandise provider for the TSSAA. Northwest Designs will be on site selling TSSAA State Championship t-shirts and other championship at all times the course is open (including course preview times). Merchandise can also be ordered online here.
