  1. Approved Minutes of Last Meeting
  2. Approved the Financial Report of the 2014 Boys' and Girls' State Golf Tournaments
  3. Approved the Financial Report of the 2014 Girls' Volleyball Tournaments
  4. Approved the Financial Report of the 2014 Girls' Soccer Tournaments
  5. Approved the Financial Report of the 2014 State Cross Country Meet
  6. Approved the Financial Report of the 2014 Cheer and Dance Competition
  7. Approved the Financial Report of the 2014 Football Playoffs
  8. Approved the 2015-16 & 2016-17 TSSAA Calendars
  9. The Board voted to instruct the state office to make draw for the Regional and State Tennis Tournaments.
  10. The Board reviewed the action of the Legislative Council meeting held on December 10, 2014.
  11. Heard an update regarding the Tennessee Sports Medicine Advisory Committee & NFHS Concussion Summit. Reviewed the report from the July 2014 NFHS Concussion Summit Task Force.
  12. The Board voted to renew the contract for Bernard Childress as the Executive Director for another three years. His current three year term expires at the end of the 2014-15 school year.
  13. Voted to recommend the state office to gather information on if the state association could adopt middle school championship events at the state level and the impact it would have. The Board instructed the office to get feedback from Principals of member middle schools in regards to state championship events for TMSAA member schools. If it appears to be plausible, the first championship events would be Cross Country and Track & Field.
