- Voted to continue to pay the $30 membership into the National Federation Coaches' Association for the state Coach of the Year winners for the NFHS Coaches Award Program. There are awards given for coaches of the year (male and female) from each state, section, and at the national level, as well as contributor of the year.
- Heard Report on Officials' Basketball Camps
- Approved Financial Aid for the 2015-16 School Year. All member independent schools (Division I and Division II) were required to submit their financial aid information, as it pertains to varsity student-athletes, to the state office prior to July 25, 2015. It was then checked and presented to the Division II Committee for approval.
- Heard Update on Regional Basketball Sites for the 2015-16 School Year
- Discussed the Administrators' Meetings Schedule for 2015-16
- Heard Update on the BlueCross BlueShield Championship. We have completed the fourth year of this award sponsored by our corporate sponsors, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
- Heard Technology Update
- Took no Action on Brentwood High School Proposed Change to Girls' Wrestling/Wrestling
- Denied Official's Appeal of Suspension of Registration
- Approved Station Camp High School's Request for a Waiver of Independent Game Participation Rule in Soccer
- Viewed the chart containing the Post-Season Tournament Admission & Officials' Fees for the 2015-16 School Year.
- Approved Nolensville High School Request for Membership. Nolensville High School will be a new school with an expected enrollment of about 550 students in their first year with grades 9 and 10 only. They plan to participate on the JV level in football during their first year and on the varsity level in the fall of 2017. They will be placed in Region 4, 2A for football. They will participate on the varsity level in all other sports in Division I, Class AA, District 12, Region 6.
- Approved Pathways in Education - Frayser Request for TSSAA Membership. Pathways in Education's membership is effective immediately. Pathways in Education is a Category 1 accredited school located in Memphis. They plan to seek a cooperative agreement with another member school.
- Approved the TMSAA Soccer Premier League Exception
- Heard about the Role of Sports Medicine Advisory Committee
- Voted that in the sports of Baseball and Girls' Softball, if the district tournaments are being held at the highest seed, the umpiring crew shall be selected from the host schools' local association.
- Approved Christ's Legacy Request for TSSAA Membership'. Christ’s Legacy Academy's membership is effective immediately. Christ’s Legacy Academy is licensed through the Tennessee Department of Education as a Category 2 school accredited by ACSI. Christ’s Legacy Academy has a current enrollment of twenty-two (22) students in grades 9-12. The school plans to seek permission to form a cooperative agreement with another member school in the area.
- Approved Pathways in Education - Whitehaven Request for TSSAA Membership. Pathways in Education - Whitehaven's membership is effective immediately. Pathways in Education - Whitehaven is a Category 1 accredited school located in Memphis. They plan to seek a cooperative agreement with another member school.
- Approved Knowledge Academies Request for TSSAA Membership. Knowledge Academies' membership is effective immediately. Knowledge Academies is a Category 1 accredited school located in Antioch. They plan to seek a cooperative agreement with another member school in football and offer JV teams in boys’ and girls’ basketball and boys’ soccer. They will be placed in Division I, Class A, District 10, Region 5 in basketball and Division I, Class A-AA, District 10, Region 5 in soccer.
