Single Game Tickets
Individuals holding unused tickets for the Friday, March 13 or Saturday, March 14 sessions are eligible for a refund. To receive a refund, mail the unused tickets and a self-address stamped return envelope to: TSSAA, PO Box 319, Hermitage, TN 37076. Refunds will be processed when the state office reopens.
Digital ticket purchases made through GoFan have already been refunded.
All-Session Reserved Tickets
Individuals that received their reserved tickets by mail and paid by credit card will automatically receive refunds to their credit card. For refunds of reserved tickets purchased at the arena box office or through GoFan, mail the reserved passes and a self-address stamped return envelope to: TSSAA, PO Box 319, Hermitage, TN 37076. Refunds will be processed when the state office reopens.
