Independent schools competing in TSSAA are required to submit their financial aid information in the following manner:
- Financial Aid Form (Word, PDF) (Supplemental List) - Due September 25, 2023 - This list is to include every student in the school who will be receiving need-based financial aid and will possibly be competing in athletics at the varsity level. This form should include all potential athletes in grades 8-12 in the school. Student-athletes can be added to this list during the school year, however, they cannot participate until this information is submitted to the state office.
- Form for Division II schools who have no student-athletes receiving need-based financial aid (Word, PDF) - Due September 25, 2023 - This form is to be submitted only if the school has no student-athletes receiving need-based financial aid.
- Fall-Sports Student-Athlete Financial Aid Report Form (Word, PDF) - Due December 4, 2023 - A separate form for every fall sport in which the school participated at the varsity level must be submitted to the state office. It will not be necessary to send another copy of the student's form from the financial aid services organization.
- Winter/Spring Sports Student-Athlete Financial Aid Report Form (Word, PDF) - Due May 6, 2024 - A separate form for every winter and spring sport in which the school participated at the varsity level must be submitted to the state office. It will not be necessary to send another copy of the student's form from the financial aid services organization.
