After many months of preparation, a refreshed TSSAA.org website launches today with expanded content and features. The new website offers expanded news and information resources for timely and topical details about TSSAA and its member schools.

Visitors to the website will find a series of new landing pages custom-tailored for the various types of frequent visitors. Principals and athletic administrators will find content and links curated for their own needs. Coaches and officials will find it to access materials of interest to them. Other individuals such as students, parents and members of the media will also find areas with helpful resources on the new website.

Sport pages on TSSAA.org now feature related news and calendar entries to make it easy for coaches and administrators to stay up-to-date with the latest happenings in each sport.

Compatibility with mobile devices has seen a great improvement with this update as well. The website is fully responsive and functional on smartphones, tablets and devices of all shapes and sizes. The member directory has been enhanced to make searching for contact information easier and now enables smartphone users to place phone calls directly from a school's directory page.

Sharing options have also seen a boost as a result of the upgrades. Administrators and coaches can quickly spread sports news and information to wider audiences by using the share buttons on each page (look to the right or bottom of this article). Quick access is available to share via email, Facebook, Twitter, mobile messaging apps and reading apps like Pocket and Instapaper.

Please contact Bradley Lambert, Technology Director, in the state office if you have any questions or feedback concerning the new website.
