- Lakeway Christian Academy Requests TSSAA Membership Lakeway Christian Academy is requesting TSSAA membership beginning with the 2018-19 school year. Lakeway Christian is fully accredited by ACSI and AdvanED. It is a 6-12 school in Morristown with an estimated enrollment of 150 students in 2018-19. If approved, Lakeway Christian will be placed in Division II, Class A, East Region in football (although they currently do not have a team) and Division II, East Region in bowling. The school will be placed in Division II, Class A, East Region, District 1 in all other sports.
- Science Hill High School Requests Official Fee Discussion The administration at Science Hill High School is asking the Board to come up with a solution that assures schools that official fees will be negotiated where applicable.
- Girls' Soccer Tournament Extension The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce is requesting an extension for the 2019-2020 TSSAA Girls’ Soccer Championship in Murfreesboro.
- Football Play Clock The staff will explain. It is expected that the National Federation will pass a change regarding the football play clock beginning in 2019. Tennessee has been given permission to experiment with the change a year in advance. The change would be a 40-second play clock that starts the moment the ball is spotted.
- NFHS Digital Rules' Book Beginning with the 2018-19 school year, the state office will be sending digital rules’ books to all member schools in the sports they offer.
- TSSAA Heat Policy Mark Reeves will bring this information to the Board.
- TSSAA Lightning Policy Mark Reeves will bring this information to the Board.
- Rossville Christian Academy Requests to Play an Independent Football Schedule Rossville Christian Academy requests to play in independent football schedule. They would like to continue to be allowed to participate in the post-season basketball series. The staff will explain.
- Columbia Academy Requests to Move to Division II The administration at Columbia Academy is requesting to participate in Division II beginning with the 2019-20 school year.
- Litigation Report Mr. Rick Colbert and Ms. Nina Eiler, attorneys for the association, will give an update of litigation involving the association.
