The 2026 Cheerleading Coaches Conference will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the Jewell Athletic and Wellness Center on the campus of Battle Ground Academy (336 Ernest Rice Lane, Franklin, TN 37069). The conference will run from 9:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time.

Please see the campus map for the location of the wellness center and parking. Parking is limited, so please carpool if possible!
Registration
If you have questions about joining TCCA or your membership status, please contact TCCA President, Christy Clouse: clousec@k12coffee.net.
- Tennessee Cheer Coaches Association members registered prior to March 16 - $100
- TCCA members registered on or after March 16 - $125
- Non-TCCA members - $150
- Registration includes luncheon, all registration materials, and a conference gift
- Registration fees may be paid by check or cash. Purchase orders are not accepted.
- The Registration Form and Payment must be received by April 2, 2026, in order to reserve your spot.
Hotel Information
Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin will be our host hotel. It is best to make room reservations online using the link below. You can also contact the hotel to make reservations by calling 800-325-0720 and referring to group number 10179641. The $148 room rate is guaranteed on Thursday night as long as you secure your reservation no later than Thursday, March 15.
Cancellation
If you must cancel, all fees will be refunded, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, if you notify the TSSAA by noon on April 2. Individuals must cancel their hotel rooms directly with the hotel and follow hotel cancellation policies.
