The Financial Report of the 1998 State Volleyball Tournaments 9. The Financial Report of the 1998 Girls Soccer Tournaments 10. The Financial Report of the first four rounds of the 1998 football playoff
series 11. The 1999-2000 TSSAA Calendar 12. The state office asks for permission to make the drawing for the regional and
state tennis tournaments. 13. Recommendation(s) of the Finance Committee in regard to any financial changes 14. Pigeon Forge High School requests membership in TSSAA beginning with the
1999-2000 school year 15. Alcoa High School requests appeal of its classification in basketball,
baseball, and softball for the 1999-2000 and 2000-2001 school years. 16. University School of Nashville requests change to eliminate rally scoring in
girls volleyball and return to standard format scoring in the tournament series. 17. Division II schools request a change in the format for football playoffs. 18. Oak Ridge High School requests a change in girls soccer and soccer to qualify
regional winner and runner-up to sectional play. 19. A proposal from North Greene High School to host jamborees one week earlier
than the date as set forth in the current calendar. 20. The contract with the Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce for the
football championships expired at the end of the 1998 championship games. The Board will
consider renewing the contract, along with other alternatives. 21. A proposal to enter a contract with Host-USA regarding future marketing and
hosting of TSSAA events. 22. A proposal in regard to the listing of officials who have been suspended or
given other disciplinary action 23. In executive session, a report will be given in regard to catastrophic
insurance cases to this point in the 1998-99 school year. 24. In executive session, a report will be given concerning various legal issues
presently before the TSSAA.
