Region 3AAA is requesting a change in their 2010-11 regional basketball tournament format.
- Region 7A Requests Change in Basketball Tournament Format
Region 7A is requesting a change in their regional tournament format for 2010-11. This same request was approved by the Board in 2009-10. If approved, Region 7A would play the following schedule:
Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011 - Girls' Quarterfinals
Friday, Feb. 25, 2011 - Boys' Quarterfinals
Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011 - Girls' Semifinals
Monday, Feb. 28, 2011 - Boys' Semifinals
Tuesday, March 1, 2011 - Girls' Finals
Thursday, March 3, 2011 - Boys' Finals

- Sacred Heart of Jesus High School Requests TSSAA Membership
If approved, Sacred Heart of Jesus High School will be placed in Class A, District 15. In cross country and golf, they will be in Class A-AA, District 15. They must be an affiliate member for one year.
- LEAD Academy Requests Membership in TSSAA
LEAD Academy is a charter school under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Nashville Board of Education. It is designed to become a 5-12 school adding a grade each year. The 2010-11 school year will be the first year for 9th grade. Estimated enrollment is 70 students with an expected future enrollment of 280 in grades 9-12.
If approved, LEAD Academy will be placed in Class 1A, District 10 in football; Class A, District 10 in basketball, baseball, softball, and volleyball; Class A-AA (Middle Tennessee) in track and field; Class A-AA, Region 6 in individual wrestling and Region 8 in dual wrestling; and Class A-AA, District 9 in cross country, golf, girls' soccer, soccer, and tennis.
- Brentwood High School Requests Change in D-I Traditional State Wrestling Tournament Format and Admission
The Brentwood High School administration is requesting the D-I individual state wrestling tournament format be changed from a carry tournament to a double elimination.
- Basketball, Football, and Girls' Soccer Bids
Discussion regarding basketball, football, and girls' soccer bids. Basketball and football contracts expire in 2011.
- Farragut High School Requests Exception to All- Star Rule
The Farragut High School administration is requesting an exception to the All-Star Rule to allow two Farragut athletes to participate in the AFLAC-American Baseball Game.
- Science Hill High School Requests Exception to All- Star Rule
The Science Hill High School administration is requesting an exception to the All-Star Rule to allow a Science Hill athlete to participate in the AFLAC-American Baseball Game.
